Step into a space of peace and relaxation with Heather's Group Meditation Healing . Every week brings something new and organic, as Heather prays and begins the session with a different theme. Find a safe, quiet space and either sit or lay comfortably as you relax and go to your center, allowing the session to be a wonderful opportunity to breathe, center, relax, and recharge. Participants do not interact with others.
